I had a fantastic experience at Casa Vander in the heart of Valparaiso. The colonial charm of this vintage house from the 1800s is simply enchanting. The service was excellent, especially from Fernando and Myriam, who went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The dining was a highlight with delicious food, but keep in mind this area is quite hilly, so being in shape is a plus. Overall, it’s a unique spot with character, but just be prepared for the workout coming back up from town!
